Description of how to download these Audio files to your computer 

Click on the name of the Dhamma talks which you would like to download. After a few moments a small window should appear giving settings for the Download location. Press Yes and the Download begins.

If this doesn't happen try to right-click with your mouse on the name of your chosen Dhamma talk and a menu will appear -- choose "Save target as.." (or "Save link as.."). Click on this then in the next window press "Save" and the actual Download starts.

Description of how to play MP3 files on your computer 

After successfully downloading your chosen MP3 Dhamma talks double click on the name of the talk and Windows Media Player (or equivalent) should pop up and start playing the talk. If this fails you will need to obtain a program for playing MP3 files. We recommend WinAmp, which is a free and convenient program. To download please click here.
