Changes in Kathina Car Parking
Due to the rainy wet weather it is unlikely that we will be able to use the usual field for car parking on Kathina day, the 5th November.
Once are our own lake car park is filled up people will need to park at the parking facilities at Bolam Lake which require payment. The Boat House parking to the North of the lake opens up between 7.30-8.00am, the other two car parks will open up between 9.30-10.00am. A stay over 2h costs £4.
Please make sure to drop-off passengers at the monastery beforehand, since the walk from Bolam Lake will take about 20 minutes.
