power porridge


Grain Mix:

2 parts RED RICE
2 parts BROWN RICE
1 parts SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1 part MILLET
1 part PUMPKIN SEEDS

Other Ingredients:

WATER
TAHINI
SALT

Preparation:

❶ Measure the correct amount of grain and wash it twice.
❷ Soak it in water over night (at least 8 hours).
❸ After soaking, remove water and fill up again with the correct amount of water as given in the table. Add the salt.
❹ Put pan on the cooker on full heat. When it starts boiling place directly into the oven.
❺ Set oven to 160°C and bake mixture for 90 minutes.
❻ Take pan out of the oven, add tahini and blend mixture until it is nice and creamy.
